 Bacon and Egg Breakfast Casserole

This savory breakfast casserole is a no-fuss way to feed a crowd. With crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and hearty bread baked into one comforting dish, it’s a go-to option for weekend brunches or make-ahead breakfasts.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Preheat & Cook Bacon: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
Make the Egg Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Soak the Bread: Gently stir in the bread cubes, letting them absorb some of the egg mixture.
Mix in the Good Stuff: Fold in the bacon crumbles, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions.
Assemble & Bake: Pour everything into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center.
Cool Slightly & Serve: Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
