2 cups filtered water


1 organic lemon (freshly sliced)


1–2 tsp raw honey (optional, to taste)


½ inch fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced, optional)

Instructions:


Boil the Water:

Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
