Easy No-Bake Coconut Truffles

 These no-bake coconut truffles are delicious, easy to make, and perfect for a quick treat! They require only a few ingredients and come together in minutes.



Ingredients:

2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup melted white or dark chocolate (optional for coating)

Extra shredded coconut or cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients – In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you get a sticky dough-like consistency.

Form the truffles – Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.

Coat (optional) – Dip the truffles in melted chocolate or roll them in extra shredded coconut/cocoa powder for added texture.

Chill – Place the truffles in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
