Ingredients:
1 package chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
Once cooled, spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the ice cream, then freeze the cake for at least 3 hours to set.
Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and top with whipped cream.
